Notes about printing these documents:

Always check this page for the latest revision dates before printing out any new sets or larger quantities. The month of the last revision is embedded in the link “…/uploads/2013/05/AAWA…”

Single pages and one-sided documents can be printed using either black or colored inks on basic home and business inkjet printers or copiers. This is your best option if you intend to print single copies or small quantities for your friends and other contacts. If you plan on printing more than 25 copies at one time, check with your local copy or office supply stores to see if it will be less expensive to let them print what you need. You will likely find that you will not only save money, but also unnecessary wear and tear on your home printer. Standard, bright-white, 20 lb. 8.5 x 11 inch paper should work best to present colors and text used for single side copies.

Flyers and other two-sided handouts should be printed on 25 lb., bright-white, 8.5 x 11 inch stock. The extra weight and density will prevent bleed-through and make the handouts look more professional. While small quantities can be duplicated on home or office printers, you will probably find that using a professional copy service will not only save you time, but also save money. Be sure that two-sided copies are printed with the text on both sides properly aligned to the top and centered on each half-page when folded. Some professional printing services can print both sides and can automatically fold the flyers during a single run.
